Ted's path to HVAC started in the Air Force, where he trained as an electrician before finding his true calling in heating and cooling. He founded Arlington AC & Heating in 1973 and has led the crew with the same hands-on values ever since — service first, sales pitch never.
Bob's spent over three decades in DFW attics and crawlspaces, and there isn't a system — old or new — he hasn't seen fail and fix. He's the technician the rest of the crew calls when a job gets tricky, and customers routinely ask for him by name.
Robert built his reputation the hard way — showing up fast, diagnosing right the first time, and explaining every step in plain English. Twenty-five years in, he still treats every house like it's the first one he's ever walked into.
As lead installer, Travis makes sure a brand-new system runs exactly like it should from day one. He's spent 25+ years perfecting the details other installers skip — the ones that decide whether a system lasts 10 years or 20.
