Our owner, Ted, had his first career in the Air Force, working as an electrician. That's where he learned discipline, precision, and the satisfaction of solving complex problems. But when he discovered HVAC, something clicked. It wasn't just another trade — it was a field that challenged him, inspired him, and felt like home.

He enrolled in TCC's HVAC program, known for its excellence and support for veterans, while working three part-time jobs to stay afloat. It wasn't easy, but the harder it got, the more determined he became. Before long, he was scoring among the top in the program — and he knew he had found his calling. For 50+ years since, he's been walking in that calling, helping homeowners and business owners across the DFW Metroplex have peace of mind in the performance, comfort, and reliability of their HVAC systems.

Ted grew up watching his father serve others as a minister — and realized cooling and heating services could be his own way to live out that same calling. Within two years in the HVAC business, he was already working at the level of seasoned technicians, driven by the satisfaction of making people's lives better.
